Perks of Eduroam:
- Quick wifi access at Eduroam member institutions. If you see “eduroam” in the list of WiFis, you can connect to it using your TAMUV credentials.
- Security is preserved when connecting to “eduroam”, unlike connecting to public, unsecured access points.
How to connect from a computer:
- Navigate to your wi-fi options and select ‘eduroam’
- Enter your email and password.
- This will be the same as if you were logging into your email.
- If it shows connected, you are connected!
- Select autoconnect if you would like it to automatically pick Eduroam in the future. When you travel to a participating instutution, Eduroam will automatically connect there.
How to connect from a mobile device
1. Navigate to your wifi options and select Eduroam
2. for Identity, use your university email and for password, use what you use to login to your email.
3. If a certificate is required, select 'Use system certificates'
4. Domain - as of Fall 2025, use 'uhv.edu' as your domain. This will change in the future.
