Once you have received the email with your Account, Conference phone number, and Conferencing PIN, you’ll be able to use Audio Conferencing within Teams.
Scheduling a Teams Meeting with Audio Conferencing
Scheduling an audio conference meeting starts the same as a normal Teams meeting.
Fill in the details from date, location, and who’s invited.
NOTE: If creating the event in Outlook, make sure to toggle on “Teams meeting” in the location line.
Once the meeting is created, you should see a Teams meeting invite similar to this screenshot below:

Hosting a Teams Meeting with Audio Conferencing
The host must enter their PIN from the email to start the meeting if all attendees will be joining via audio conferencing.
If not all attendees will be audio conferencing, hosts can start the meeting normally.
To enter start audio conferencing:

Call the phone number under the “Call in (audio only)” section from the Teams meeting invite.

Enter the conference ID followed by the pound (#) sign.

The automated voice will say, “If you are the meeting organizer, press star now.” Hit the star (*) sign.

You will be prompted to enter your five-digit Teams PIN (found in the email).

The automated voice will say, “You are now joining the meeting as the leader.”

If there are people in the lobby, you must admit them by pressing *21.

This will admit all users in the lobby at once.
Joining a Teams Meeting with Audio Conferencing
Attendees joining Audio Conferencing are able to join with their computer or dial-in.
To dial in, using your phone, dial the number in the Teams meeting invite.
NOTE: Make sure it’s typed in exactly as written in the invite.
To join on computer, click the “Click here to join meeting” in the invite, or “Join meeting” in your Teams calendar.
