Faxing Alternative

On occasion, users have had issues with sending faxes to some vendors which results in transmission errors.

The recommended work around is for the user to create a folder in OneDrive that can be shared with the UH System vendor group. Users should be aware that anything that goes into this folder will be shared with that group. If there are any other groups that users need to share files with, they will need to create a separate folder for that group. One group per folder, essentially.
